PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE 3-5 days  to report  missing and/or lost items. KSL SOAPS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any issues of incorrect orders.

ALL TRANSIT & MISSED DELIVERY ISSUES AND COMMUNICATION  MUST BE HANDLED BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE CARRIER (UPS,USPS,FED EX,ETC) 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Failure to enter the correct shipping address will result in your order being canceled and refunded. KSL SOAPS will not make any changes to your mailing address.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us , you will be issued a refund minus the shipping cost. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

REFUND POLICY

NO REFUND POLICY , NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE ; ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:

Depending on the carrier used for delivery (USPS OR UPS) if tracking states  delivered and you did not receive your items you will have to file a claim with carrier so that an investigation can begin on their behalf. KSL SOAPS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSIT ISSUES!!!

IF your tracking states that your item was "DELIVERED" and not stated as "LOST" OR STOLEN you will not be issued a refund.  

If your package is returned for any reason , you will be issued a refund (minus shipping costs) once it is confirmed that KSL HAVE RECIEVED PRODUCTS.

If any irritation occurs during the use of our products please discontinue the use as a refund will not be issued
